Score 72/100 · Robert Parker, Feb 1994
The property's disappointing 1991 is an appallingly weak effort for this estate. The diluted medium ruby color is suspicious, and the weedy, vegetal, washed-out herbal nose and flavors are lamentable. In the mouth the wine is odd, disjointed, and soft.

Quality has not necessarily always lived up to this property’s Fourth Growth status, however there have been significant improvements in recent years, with a sustainable focus in the vineyard, and new winery and cellar.
