Dry, savoury fruit. Angular – not exactly hollow, but could definitely use a bit more primary fruit. (RH)

First bottle seemed to have slight TCA aroma. Second bottle sweeter and richer though still with a leafiness on the nose and not a huge amount of flesh. Juicy in the middle and very fine grained tannins. (JH)

Lightly grey crimson. Mild mannered, pleasing, not showy nose. Great balance – lovely Margaux expression. Neat tannins on the finish and a good suppleness of texture. (JR)
