Drink 0-0, David Schildknecht, Vinous
(from cask) Blueberry, honey apple and mint aromas. Pure, honeyed, appley and rich on the palate, with subtle suggestions of oily botrytis richness and spice. Yet there is lift and delicacy throughout, and a persistently pleasant nip of CO2, fruit skin and citricity. The long finish is both honeyed and bright. 2 stars.
