The NV Brut Reserve is a bend of 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay from different villages and accounts for up to 50% of the total production. The latest disgorgement (November 2017) is based on the 2015 vintage and includes 40% of reserve wines, which age in foudres. The elegant and precise nose is deep, pure and chalky, and the palate is refined yet intense and pretty complex, especially in the quite long and expressive finish. This has very good concentration and refreshing terroir expression. This is an excellent NV Brut. Tasted April 2018.

Very rich and floral on the nose. Lots of personality. Just a slight lack of density on the palate but this is very winning and well balanced. I don't think it would ever be confused with a grande marque but/and has masses of character. Just fades very slightly on the end but it's GV. (JR)
Pinot Noir-dominated blend with a dosage of 7 g/l from a Mareuil grower who has been bottling his own wine for more than 60 years. Very Pinot perfumed and really quite rich and luscious then a dry finish. A good find, this, for those looking for the other side of the coin from a Blanc de Blancs. Quite big and bold. Good value.
