Tasted at the André Lurton tasting in London. The 2007 Couhins-Lurton Blanc did not quite display the same delineation and freshness of the 2006 by comparison. However, it does repay aeration and offers light crustacea and apple peeling notes. The palate is balanced with a touch of bitterness on the entry, good tension and energy although it feels just a little simplistic on the finish. Not bad although I would be inclined to drink this in the new future. Tasted June 2017.
