2005 Chablis Vaudesir

Steely minerality complicated by fresh hay and hazelnut on the nose. Sweet, broad and ripe, with strong fruit flavors of lemon and apple. Nicely aromatic in the mouth. Rich, very ripe and long on the aftertaste. About 40% of this juice was aged in barrel until February, then all of the cuvee spent the following three months in wood.
