Tasting notes
Complex, expressive nose offers lemon, peach pit, fresh mushroom and nuts. Fat, ripe, round and generous, with good chewy depth to the fruit and honey flavors. Classically dry but quite rich, with a long, honeyed whiplash of a finish that shows an intriguing saline element and subtle minerality. A superb showing.

Restrained nose. Hint of liquorice. Sweet start then lemon cream. Racy. Big and bold fruit concentration. Very alive and bold. (JR)
A fruit bomb of a nose, featuring peach, apricot, vanilla, honey and a leesy nuance. Fat, dense and rich but not at all overly sweet; in fact, this is quite classic in light of the vintage and livelier in the mouth than the Clous. Very rich, full, expressive Meursault, with a long, tactile finish. Should make a superb bottle.
