Tasting notes
Very very exciting and mineral on the nose. An introvert wine but with much more obvious ripeness than the Clos Hauserer. This is luscious already and should have a long period of drinkability. (JR)

(still fermenting its sugars but has already gone through its secondary fermentation) Apple and clove on the nose. Ripe, sweet and rich, with an impression of chewy extract. Very ripe, long and aromatic on the back. Should be very strong for this bottling.
