The green fruit of the entry-level Kabinett has given way to slightly sweeter citrus fruit aromas. Gentle notes of zesty grapefruit and orange are accompanied by a mouthwatering acidity and a very delicate minerally tone rounds off the image of a delightfully capricious Kabinett. (MS)
