From two famous families of St.-Emilion, the Boüards and Hébrards, the 2005 Les Cerisiers is a strong effort. It is fuller-bodied than normal, rich and concentrated, with dark berry fruits as well as hints of chocolate and black cherry. Full-throttle on the palate with loads of texture, richness and density, this wine can be drunk now or cellared up to another decade. A sleeper of the vintage.
