Less intense colour than the other Fourcas. Quite fragrant but relatively light-bodied for the vintage with some hardness on the finish and no great charm. (JR)

Good ruby color. Slightly stunted aromas of black fruits, licorice and eucalyptus. Inky and withdrawn, with the licorice quality carrying through in the mouth. A rather dry style, and not yet displaying much flavor interest or personality.
