Tasting notes
Score 83/100 · Drink 1980, Robert Parker, Jan 1998

The 1976 La Fleur Petrus is quite mature, with some browning at the edges. It is a charming, open knit, very soft, round wine, with considerable appeal, but like the great majority of 1976 Bordeaux, it is a trifle diluted and flabby, with low acidity. Anticipated maturity: Now-probably in serious decline. Last tasted, 1/80.
