Tasting notes
This is the debut vintage of Sainte-Colombe, a vineyard run by Gerard Perse and Alain Raynaud. It is a light, slightly herbal but well-balanced effort with soft cherry and red currant fruit. Enjoy this bistro-styled red over the next 2-3 years.

Medium ruby-red. Superripe, grapey aroma of cassis and bitter chocolate. Very ripe, lush and sweet, with bright fruit flavors and an essential gentleness at the core. Finishes with slightly dry tannins that still need a bit of refinement.
