#1) from Champon: Bright red berry aromas and flavors, with notes of flowers and spice cake. These are young vines. #2) from Coteaux de Tupin: Spicy and high-pitched cherry and black raspberry aromas. Sappy red and dark fruit flavors and notes of violet and cracked pepper, with good mineral spine. There's about 5% viognier in here, according to Gangloff. #3) from Combard-Mollard: Wild, pungent aromas of dark berries, potpourri and incense. Sappy, penetrating blackberry and cherry flavors show very good clarity and spiciness, with firm closing grip.
