Tasting notes
Full bottle 1,592 g. 55% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, 3% Meunier. Base vintage 2020, 39% reserve wines. More than four years sur lattes. Dosage 2.6 g/l. Pale gold. Creamed oatmeal, buttered croissant and apple on the nose. It has lovely, easygoing breadth but at the same time it’s fresh and flooded with the spectrum of citrus. Lime marmalade without the sweetness. Great vitality. (TC)

A delicate wine with elegant white flowers, pastry and overt stone fruit with citrus. Mineral-laden. Light-bodied with fine mousse, it shines with zesty freshness, turning leaner in the tight finish with good toasty length. Drink or hold.
The NV Champagne Souverain Brut is a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and the rest Meunier, with 30-50% reserve wine in the blend. It boasts a deep golden hue and is opulent and ripe on the nose, with ample aromas of baked apples, pie spices, fresh baked pastries, and marmalade. The palate is straightforward and charming, with a frothy mousse and a ripe finish. It’s best for enjoying over the near-term and perfect for autumn and winter.
Notes of sourdough, lemons, hazelnuts, apricot pastries and figs on the nose. Creamy and balanced, with a medium body, soft bubbles and gently toasty finish. 45% pinot noir, 40% chardonnay and 15% meunier. 2017 base wine. Disgorged October 2022. Drink now.
