2004 Criots Batard Montrachet

An interesting and layered nose of gun flint and very ripe yellow orchard fruits, particularly peach and apricot leads to simply massive flavors that offer flat out incredible richness yet with no heaviness or excess fat which funnels into a punchy, powerful, muscular and stunning length. There is real texture and opulence here with a enormous amount of dry extract. Don't touch it for at least 5 years and it will require 10 to reach its apogee.
