Bright crimson. Heady with bright red cherry aromas and no shortage of fruit. Straightforward and rewarding. (JR)

This innocuous, nearly insipid wine shows dilution, some weedy cherry and cola notes, and a light-bodied, very short finish. Drink it up.

A Jean-Pierre Moueix wine. Light nose. Undemonstrative but pretty chunky ripe fruit underneath, even a hint of dried fruit. Very fine tannins. A bit stolid but should eventually be rewarding. (JR)

Bright red-ruby. Black cherry, licorice and nutty oak aromas. Broad, ripe and dry; in a softer style but with good fullness for the year. This coats the mouth on the finish, which features broad, dusty tannins.
