Vivid ruby. High-pitched and spice-accented aromas of black raspberry, minerals and pungent flowers. Concentrated but not at all heavy; bright raspberry and blackberry flavors are lifted by a hint of violet. A silky, precise midweight, with no excess fat; finishes with silky tannins and very good clarity. This wine is a blend of 50% La Landonne, 40% Cote-Blonde and 10% classique juice.

Bright purple. Fresh dark berries and cherry on the nose, with a hint of cracked pepper. Light-bodied, slightly washed-out dark berry flavors show good focus and are given a bitter edge by a note of dark chocolate. Finishes brisk and a tad short, with an echo of bitter cherry.
