Taut, linear and spicy on entry, offering nervy, refreshingly bitter red berry flavors. Deeper and darker on the strikingly persistent, focused finish, which features bitter cherry, floral pastille and smoky mineral qualities.

Orange-pink with a lively mousse. Musky red berry and apple aromas are complemented by smoky herbs, dried rose and toasty lees. Deep and chewy, offering firm orchard fruit, peach pit and redcurrant flavors, and picking up suave anise and vanilla bean notes with air. Broad and fleshy, but with gentle minerality adding focus to the finish. There's a seductive wine-like quality to this rose that suggests it will pair well with light red meat or rich poultry dishes.
