Tasting Notes
Very dark in colour. This is a big, masculine beast this year, but again that juicy underlying fruit is a delight and like the best wines this year there is space in the fruit.

Concentrated black fruits, powerful yet lifted, structured and long term elegance, a great Duhart. Steven Spurrier, decanter.com
The deep ruby 2010 Duhart-Milon offers up notes of blackberries, black cherries and blackcurrant, supported by densely packed fruit flavours of amazing freshness and depth. The wine has a long length and the thick, rich texture supports the ripe blackberry flavours. This vineyard was bought in 1962 by the Barons de Rothschild group and all the vines were replanted. thus the vines are about 30 years old. This wine has great aging potential ? keep for at least eight years before opening. asianpalate.com
Duhart Milon 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Merlot, (which is also similar to what the property used in 2005,) the wine opens with sweet oak, truffle, cassis and tobacco notes. This medium/full bodied cassis filled wine has ripe tannins and a long, polished black fruit filled finish. winecellarinsider.com
