All hidden on the nose but so convincing on the palate! Undertow of blossom and fragrance. Filigree. Great stuff. (JR)

Exotic fruit represents the core of this Spätlese experience, but do not be misled into expecting a tropical fruit cocktail. It would not be helpful to split the Brücke into a long list of ingredients, as acidity, fruit, residual sugar, and sometimes even minerality can be found in many other Spätlesen, but rarely with such subtlety, harmony and structure.
