2013 Pelissero Barbaresco Tulin

The 2013 Barbaresco Tulin is deep and layered in the glass, but also quite shut down today. There is plenty of intensity in the glass, but the wine still needs time to come together, as it is a bit nervous today. With air, the wine starts to show some of its pedigree, but readers are best off cellaring the 2013 for at least a few years. Sweet red cherry, plum rose petal and blood orange infuse the expressive finish. This is the wine that shows the energy of the late harvest the most.
