Score 88/100 · Drink 2020-2035, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2021
Wafting from the glass with notes of crisp orchard, white flowers, freshly baked bread and subtle hints of toasted nuts, the 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Village is medium-bodied, ample and crisply fleshy, with lively acids, an open-knit core of fruit and a nicely defined finish.

Light and correct though not thrilling. But with razor-sharp acidity and a certain something to keep it exciting – dissolved carbon dioxide? Chewier than some of his other wines. (JR)
