Score 86/100 · Drink 2019-2020, Neal Martin, Jun 2019
The 2013 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, from the winemaker at Hudelot-Noëllat, has a light bell pepper tinged bouquet with cranberry and redcurrant fruit. The palate is balanced with crisp tannin, rustic red fruit with enough vigour on the finish to see it through. Drink over the next couple of years. Tasted at Flint Wines' Value Burgundy tasting.

Pale garnet. Light nose and pretty tart. Not much fun! Pretty tannic finish. But there is no doubting its region of origin. (JR)
