The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Family Reserve showed beautifully, with a tighter, more focused, yet still full-bodied profile. Giving up darker currants, tobacco leaf, graphite, sage, and espresso notes, it has beautifully polished tannins, a great mid-palate, and enough structure and concentration to warrant at least 4-5 years of bottle age.

The vivid purple-hued 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville 360 Vineyard is another brilliant wine in the lineup. Aged 19 months in 85% new French oak, it has a rockingly good nose of blackberry and currant fruits as well as chocolate, iron, and even an intriguing meatiness and spiciness. Rich, full-bodied, opulent, and mouth-filling, drink this hedonistic beauty over the coming 15+ years as well. 425 cases.
Deep purple-black in color, the 2019 Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon sings of fresh blackberries, mulberries and cassis, with hints of espresso, star anise and dusty soil. The full-bodied palate is jam-packed with tons of baked berries flavors, supported by velvety tannins and a lively line, finishing long with lots of spicy sparks. Tasted as a barrel sample.
