Score 83/100 · Drink 1988, Robert Parker, Jan 1998
Round, flavorful, fruity, with a bouquet suggestive of herbs and cinnamon, this wine is deliciously mature. The sweetness and fruitiness on the palate are almost Burgundian. It should be drunk up. Anticipated maturity: Now. Last tasted, 1/88.

About the producer

Gloria
The modest Ch. Gloria was only created in the 1940s, when Henri Martin – a cooper – purchased some vines. With parcels dotted in amongst the region’s Classed Growths, it produces impressive wines. Today it's managed by Vanessa and Jean Triaud (Henri Martin’s granddaughter and grandson-in-law).
