Pale ruby rose in colour. Soft, brushed tannins, finely placed and caressing, sweet crushed raspberry fruit where you can almost feel the texture of the fruit as it slightly tugs through the palate, slowing down the experience. The emphasis is on unfussy but vibrant fruits, smoked earth, rose petals, tobacco, gossamer structure, and pleasure. Glides to a finish. There will be no 2020 vintage of this wine, hence the delayed release - next year will be 2021. Bottled unflitered and unfined.

Deep, shimmering magenta. Expansive red and blue fruit preserve scents show superb clarity and take on suggestions of pungent flowers, exotic spices and smoky minerality with air. Juicy and energetic on the palate, offering concentrated blueberry, black raspberry, five-spice powder and floral pastille flavors underscored by a vein of juicy acidity. The floral note repeats emphatically on a wonderfully long finish that features polished tannins and reverberating red fruit character.

A perfumed nose of cherry, wild strawberry, forest floor, dried flower, smoke and spice box. It’s medium-bodied with fine, creamy tannins and lively acidity. Round and balanced with a velvety texture. Layered with a long, savory finish. Unfiltered. Drink or hold.

Pale red in colour, and intensely fragrant, so gulpable, red cherry, redcurrant, grilled rosemary, followed by a del- icate smoke and cold ash that whisps out of the glass. Fresh, juicy and complex. One to share with friends over a relaxing supper. Made from vines in the estate’s original Willamette Valley vineyard, with just 3,500 cases made, with a tiny amount allocated for the international market through La Place. Bottled unfined and unflitered.
