Tasting notes
A blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc that spent 22 months in 62% new French oak, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Dancing Bear Ranch is one of the highlights of this terrific vintage. Loaded with notions of black raspberry and cassis fruits as well as hints of spice and bay leaf, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness and depth. It has stunning purity of fruit, ripe, sweet tannin, no hard edges, and a beautiful sense of elegance, all pointing to this beauty keeping for 20+ years.

Cabernet Sauvignon with an 8% splash of Cabernet Franc, the deep purple-black colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Dancing Bear Ranch offers a nose of crushed blackberries, blueberries and crème de cassis with cigar box, underbrush and Indian spices plus wafts of lavender and sage. Quite elegant and sophisticated in the medium to full-bodied mouth, it shows delicate flavor layers, finely crafted with a firm frame and a long finish with mineral and spice layers.
