The 2022 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is delicate and detailed. "Hudson can be big and powerful," winemaker Jason Kesner says. "This is a very different expression." It has a singular perfume of panna cotta, pear blossom, white pepper and cashew. The light-bodied palate is soft and silky with floral, spicy flavors. Its taut acidity gives it a shimmery feel, and it has a long, pure finish.

A bright, youthful yellow hue with a tinge of green, the 2022 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is sunny with aromas of honey, golden apples, lemon curd, fresh yellow flowers, and a kiss of baking spice. It’s full-bodied but gains intensity on the back palate without feeling heavy and has a great close. Warming but not heavy, it can be enjoyed over the next 8-10 years. 13,188 bottles were produced.
