Tasting notes
Based on 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet Franc, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley offers red and black fruit, graphite, and smoky oak. Nicely concentrated and medium to full-bodied on the palate, it offers ripe tannins and a rounded mouthfeel, with well-integrated oak. Drink over the next 8-10 years.

Drawn from a single block of the winery's Profile Vineyard in Conn Valley, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve represents a fine value. Hints of crushed stone and pencil shavings accent blackberries and cassis on the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied and densely concentrated, with dark chocolate and mocha notes emerging on the long, tannic finish. Give it at least a few years in the cellar.
A plush, serious cabernet from an excellent vintage. It\'s richly layered, with velvety tannins, black cherries, dried blueberries and dark chocolate that swell on the palate and linger in the finish. Powerful, full-bodied, mouth-filling and age-worthy. Drink now or hold.
