Score 96/100 · Drink 2018-2036, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Aug 2019
Derived from the 2010 vintage (indicated as V 10 on the back label), Cédric Bouchard's NV Côte de Béchalin Blanc de Noirs wafts from the glass with a youthful but complex bouquet of waxy orchard fruit, clear honey, fresh peach, citrus oil, oyster shell and smoke. On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad and vinous, with superb concentration, chewy structuring extract, racy acids and a long, chalky finish. It's another electric, brilliantly balanced wine from a visionary winemaker.

Zero dosage. Based on 2007 vintage. The longest on lees, all Pinot Noir. Very tight and pungent. Still got quite a lot to give. Lightly powdery finish. (JR)
