Light greenish-yellow color. Aromas of apple and white peach are lifted by a floral element. Not especially fleshy or concentrated but nicely balanced and reasonably intense. (I also liked Roulot's Aligoté, two-thirds of which is from vines planted in the 1950s. This lean, penetrating wine shows an enticing spiciness and good persistence.)
