From 12 crus within Champagne, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Brut is based on the 2017 vintage and has between 30-50% reserve wines in the blend. It boasts a bright yellow/golden color and offers ripe aromas of pineapple, preserved citrus, yellow flowers, and fresh bread. Inviting on the palate, with a pillowing mousse, it remains focused, with a broad-shouldered feel and a clean, silky textured finish. It’s ready to enjoy now and should hold up well over the coming 5-6 years.

Full bottle 1,587 g. 12 crus with 50–70% of wines of the (unspecified) base vintage with 30–50% of reserve wines (including their perpetual reserve). Aged for at least 3 years. Dosage less than 7 g/l. Pale lemon yellow. Light, refreshing nose. Lots of acidity almost disguises the dosage. Not yet ready, I'd say, and a little astringent on the end at the moment. (JR)
Lovely freshness and creaminess with notes of lemons, green apples, biscuits and chalk. Very drinkable blanc de blancs, with a medium body, fine bubbles and bright acidity. Clear, balanced and focused finish. 100% chardonnay. Base 2016. Disgorged November 2022. Drink now.
Based on the 2016 vintage, with 32% of vins de réserve, the Henriot NV Blanc de Blancs, disgorged in June 2022 with five grams per liter, reveals an elegant and fresh bouquet with aromas of lemon, peach, spring flowers, spices and pastry. Seamless and vinous, the palate is medium to full-bodied with an elegant mousse and a lively, fresh finish. It is slightly tighter than last year, but this is a well-elaborated Blanc de Blancs that can age for another five years.
