The flagship Chardonnay is the 2016 Chardonnay Diana's, a barrel selection that spent 18 months in 53% new French oak. Notes of caramelized apple, hints of tropical fruits, and plenty of toasted spice carry to a richer, rounded, beautifully concentrated Chardonnay that stays pure and elegant on the palate. It's a beautiful wine, and while already drinking nicely, should keep for 5-7 years if you’re so inclined.

Light brilliant yellow. Honeydew melon, nectarine and pear qualities on the highly perfumed, finely etched nose. Shows excellent depth as well as clarity on the palate, offering an array of concentrated, finely detailed orchard and pit fruit flavors and suggestions of gingery spices and toasted bread. Shows superb energy and mineral cut on the energetic finish, which features a sexy floral quality and a sweetening touch of vanilla.
