Tasting notes
Made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Chateauneuf-du-Pott vineyard on Mount Veeder, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Incubo is deep garnet-purple colored and explodes from the glass with blackcurrant pastilles, black plum preserves and black cherry compote, followed by nuances of lilacs, licorice, new leather and garrigue. Full-bodied, firm and taut on the palate with generous, crunchy fruit and great tension, this finishes long and earthy. This is a fantastic, classic mountain Cab that should age beautifully! 160 cases were made.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Incubo is 100% Cabernet sourced from Aaron Pott's estate on Mt. Veeder. Rich and explosive in the glass, the 2018 captures all of the savory intensity of Mt. Veeder in its inky fruit and intensely savory personality. The tannins will need a few years to settle down, but there is a ton to look forward to.
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Incubo is a terrific expression of Mt. Veeder packed with red and purplish fruit, cherry and raspberry jam, espresso, mint, iron and gravel. The 2018 is deep, plush and seductive, with tons of character and personality. I loved it.
