Vinfolio, Apr 2016
A stunning panoply of clean, concentrated aromas. Fresh lemon, ripe orchard fruits, honeysuckle and almond are all deliciously distinct alongside the classic Aligoté spice. Tight at first, the palate fills out to become delicate and creamy, full of the same freshness shown on the nose with white peach and citrus flavours. Superb balance with not a hint of excess acidity on the long, lush finish. Outstanding. Needs decanting to really bring out the flavours, best from 2017 onwards.
