Pale straw gold. The fruit is just a little stale on the nose. But it is pleasantly smoky and easy and neatly integrated. Odd acidity and some chew and the promise of further development which not all of these have! Very fine bead. This is definitely aiming to be classy. (JR)

Notably honeyed in colour – bit too pink? Not that much nose though a light whiff of age. Lacking a little concentration and precision on the palate. Fades fast. (JR)
