Dried red fruits on the palate, plus earth, mushroom and a dried chorizo tang on the palate – but perhaps the tone is ringing a tiny bit hollow now, this has reached just beyond its peak. It demonstrates the secondary expression beautifully but is one step beyond its primary fruit’s zenith. (RH)
