2009 Les Clans

Last vintage in the same bottle as the other bottlings from this topnotch rosé producer. Very pale. Smells fully developed now (in May 2012). Attractive delicate texture but it seems to have lost its initial freshness and fruit. I'd serve this pretty cool to enhance the refreshment factor from now on. Perhaps this was a riper vintage than some? (JR)
