RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

2008 Le Dome
medium ruby with light oak influences. Nothing special, typical mid-range bordeaux with cherry, mineral, and cedar. Its amazing how different and better the 2009 was. Vintage makes a big difference here.

(Tasted Dec 3, 2015)

2008 Tamber Bey - Rabicano Deux Chevaux Vineyard
medium red cherry, some infused oak and light leather and mocha notes. Not overwhelming, very subtle, and smooth. Easy drinking, not bad for a weekday.

(Tasted Jan 24, 2016)

2013 Chad stags leap reserve cabernet
Very nicely done Chad for the price. Violets throughout and a nose that was enticing. Dark purple, integrated oak, nice glycerin levels and smooth finish. As good as a 75 stags leap cab

(Tasted Jan 14, 2016)

2009 Le Carre
scorched earth, thick, bruding full force St. Emillion. This is heavy, with multi-dimensions. Dark purple, dark fruit, some wet stones and silky notes on the finish. Many years of life ahead.

(Tasted Jan 9, 2016)

2007 Wallis Family - Cabernet Sauvignon Diamond Mountain
Had over winter break. Leather, oak, chocolate, rich and delicious. So smooth and silky it was hard to put down. Integrated tannins, dark black fruits and good diamond mtn fruit. Fantastic!

(Tasted Jan 6, 2016)
