RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

2010 Smith-Haut-Lafitte - Le Petit Haut Lafitte
Note sure what to expect with this wine, I have never seen it before and I bought a case blind. Way too young now, needs ~2 -3 years. However, it has great potential tannin's will die down, lots of fruit with a reasonable finish. Will be pleasing to drink in a few years.

2010 Val d'Or

(Tasted Jan 5, 2016)

2007 Larcis-Ducasse
Still appears to be way to early .. maybe it won't ever make it past the fierce tannins

(Tasted Dec 7, 2015)

2004 Leoville Barton
Yum, everything a great Bordeaux should be, drinking well now but still plenty of time.

(Tasted Nov 28, 2015)

2005 Issan
Disappointing ... no soft perfume as with a great Margaux, rather astir ... should be much better.

(Tasted Nov 28, 2015)
