RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

1997 Joseph Phelps - Insignia
Drinkly superbly with round full body fruit flavors and enough tanin and structure to do well for four more years.

1989 Pichon Lalande
Tannins are still present and comlexity is beautiful. Easy reach for another two years.

1999 Woodward Canyon - Cabernet Sauvignon Old Vines
Holding up very well and showed nicely against a 99 Leonetti Walla Walla cab. The fruit was a bit "bulkier" than the Leonetti which several participants called elegant. The WC was brambly and forward. Two more years before downward vector.

1999 Leonetti - Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley
This was drinking beautifully. Tasted against 1999 Woodward Canyon Old Vine Cab and both were right at their peak. The leonetti was more elegant in the finish and was long lasting. Two more years before it starts downward.
