1998 Montrose
Deep purple. Nose of Brett, dirty socks, barnyard. Medium+ Intensity. Blackberry, currant on mouth. Little tannic. Nose put me off, but tasted nice and strong finish.

1998 Galet des Papes - Chateauneuf du Pape
Clear appearance. Pale Intensity with purple and hint of brown. Unclean Condition. Oxidized with Toffee/caramel on nose. Medium+ with no fruit. Past its best. Dry, medium + acid, medium - tannins (age), medium + alc, medium body with light intensity. Little red cherry hinted, but def oxidized w/ raisin. Past prime. Short finish, but got some gamey flavor, probably due to Mourvedre.

Violet in color. Raspberry, Black currant (cassis), Cherry. Light/Medium bodied. Bright texture. Medium finish.tinny finish. might be bret

2011 Lises - Crozes Hermitage
Purple with Pink color. Blackberry/Boysenberry on nose. Nice balanced finish. Soft, not a long finish. Juicy Northern Rhone.

2009 Madrona - Syrah Reserve
El Dorado, 71% Syrah, 29% Cab. Garnet to dark purple. Dark fruit and cherry on the nose. Dark cherry, blackberry with American Oak leads to soft finish. Bit spice on the finish
