I realize this is not a North Coast offering, but it's such a sensational, impeccably high quality cuvee it merited inclusion in this report. One of the finest Bordeaux blends (76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec) I have ever tasted from Paso Robles, it offers glorious aromas of camphor, creme de cassis, smoke, and subtle oak. Voluptuously rich and full-bodied with beautiful purity as well as a sense of elegance, definition, and harmony, this gorgeously proportioned, rich proprietary red should drink well for a decade or more. Kudos to the folks at Justin for a brilliant achievement.

Fruit bomb! Incredible even though 12 years old. I don't think this has aged at all. Stored in Eurocave 55.4 degrees. Brought to grand cayman for vacation. Drank amazingly well restored my faith in California!

Opened and double-decanted 3 hours prior to drinking. Dark red color. Aromas of red and black fruits with oak / vanilla undertones. Big, juicy wine; quite forward and welcoming! Still many years left to enjoy this wine.

A tannic beast that will probably benefit from more time. Exceedingly dry in the mouth, but it has all the stuff it needs. Hopefully it will balance out allowing the fruit to show.
