Pale greenish-yellow. Delicate, pure aromas of lemon and minerals. Brisk and backward, with lovely acidity enlivening the dusty, tactile citrus and mineral flavors. This really saturates the palate. Finishes with lovely tension and finesse, not to mention impressive length. The crop level here, according to Gerard Boudot, was just 27 hectoliters per hectare.
