Wine Spectator | Rating: 90

A rich, gutsy style, with dense, extracted currant, graphite, espresso sage and cedar flavors. Full-bodied and concentrated, finishing with firm tannins. Needs aeration. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

About This Producer


Dave & Emily Miner founded Miner Family Vineyards in 1998 in conjunction with Dave's parents, Ed & Norma. The winery is located in Oakville's eastern hills and features wines produced from a wide range of varieties. Miner's grapes are sourced from a variety of locations including the Napa Valley (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc), Central Valley (Viognier), Mendocino (Sangiovese, Rosato) and Santa Lucia Highlands (Pinot Noir).
