The nose is powerful chocolate, kirsch with just a hint of ripe bruised blueberry. Elegant palate entry with bold flavors, delicate acidity and smooth mid palate finishing with silky finesse.

Site Blog: St. Henry Brewery - brewing 'til the bitter end! Ruby red color. Fresh and vivacious, yet refined and structured nose of raspberries and black licorice with floral elements of rose and violets with hints of white pepper. This wine does not need a nose-job. Very nice. Awesome balance between red and black fruits, acid, tannins and spice. The finish is long and reveals raspberry, apple and spice. The wine has a New-World punch to it but is restrained by old finesse.
