($80) Slightly hazy medium yellow. Rich, buttery aromas of stone fruits, hazelnut and lees. Ripe and fairly fat for this cuvee, with a distinctly glyceral impression and classic dryness. This hints at the typical minerality of this normally Chablis-like bottling but I find this year's release to be a bit less sharply delineated than usual.Author: Stephen Tanzer
