Tasted every day for two weeks. Always from a magnum. Unfortunately it seems that Taittinger has some cork problems here: a third of the bottles were corked. The healthy bottles were fantastically lush and Burgundy-like. The aroma contained truffles, autumn leaves, leather, overripe strawberries, cabbage, and red beets. The taste was homogeneously rich and sweet. A shining example of grape character. The regular bottles direct from Taittinger are perfect right now.Author: Richard Juhlin
