Light wheat color, it has a crisp fruity nose, smells like Gummibears. Mouthwatering peach flavors with a long juicy finish.

Really expressive floral nose, with hints of herbs and green pepper. Delicate tropical fruit balanced by good acidity makes a refreshing summer white.

The Lake County fruit sticks out on the nose providing a more green herbal character. Gooseberries and other slightly sour fruits backed up with nice acid structure. Easy to drink summer wine that will quench your thirst on a hot day.

Showing the palest lemon, nearly water-white, color, this lively Sauvignon Blanc jumps from the glass with fresh, zesty aromas of meyer lemon, honeysuckle, and orange blossom complemented by a grassy bouquet of fresh herbs. The palate is light with flavors of citrus and tropical fruit and vibrant with bright acidity. Overall, this wine a nice surprise and an easy wine to enjoy.

Although the idea of vegetables and fruit blended together sound disgusting, the 2010 Capture Sauvignon Blanc Tradition shows that when actually done, the results can be quite interesting. Fruit flavors of lime, guava and passion fruit meld nicely with flavors of jalapeno, and green bell pepper. All this fun is contained by a light and airy structure that makes you feel that it was ok to spend thirty bucks on a sauvignon blanc.
